How does Ticketon work? ›

Order and payments

The courier will call you in advance. In the case of online purchases, tickets are sent to the e-mail address specified by you during purchase. How to pay for the ticket? When buying tickets online, payment is made by credit card, and when ordering delivery - in cash at the time of delivery.

Canceled Event

No action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days to see funds reflected in your account.
