@comcastcares, you all should be embarrassed for the service we've received the last 2 days. We have been passed around to 12 different people in your Support department & have been told to go to the Comcast store now 3 times. Every employee we've interacted with should be fired.

@tizzywoman @DemocracyStorm @comcast So frustrating, this is why I got rid of them five years ago and now just use Roku. When I ended to service that I had for 15 years they tried to charge me for equipment I never had. Good Luck!
