your welcome. i would have felt responsible if i hadnt notified people on here. what if someone had ordered 100 hatchling and got some deformed ones or ones that died shortly after arriving. after all i did work there along side all their animals and i saw the condition of them. after all i am an ex employee so it is my right to notify other herp people if a breeding business of any reptile has an issue. people would like to know those things so they be better informed and avoid that kind of situation or at least be more wise and ask many questions

just wanted to add this. you can try to justify it any way you want. isnt illigal to work without signing employment papers. my moms business wont let anyone work 1 minute without their company employment papers completely filled out because if the person gets hurt the company in liable because there was no insurance etc on record

Umm, if you get hurt while working the company is liable anyway - it's called workers comp...at least that's the way it works in IL.

i understand that but to not have any kind of paperwork and having that person working without paperwork.
it is one thing if the person gets hurt and thecompany has all the proper paperwork filled out
*this leads to having to pay medical bills
it is a whole nother matter if the person gets hurt and the company has not finished processing the paperwork or does not have any at all
*this leads to lawsuit- revoke of license if they even have one and much more

Seems like a secondary issue here. Also, seems like you were "A-OK" with it as long as you were making money... if it was really an issue that bothered you, don't you think you would have turned around and walked out? Right, that's what I thought...
Why don't you just try to provide more proof of your side instead of turning it into a whiny, complaining post that no one can take seriously given the timeline, your willingness to overlook the conditions while you were there, and your general demeanor in past threads?

well it was either make money to pay that $600 bill or go to Prison for fefusal to pay a court ordered fine. im desperate for a job. i go to college pay rent and now have this fine what else was i supposed to do when jobs are rare right now due to all the college students.
i was talking about the legality of it because people were totally passing over that and trying to justify this and that about the business. why cant people look at the whole picture and tie it together.
low quality deformed animal being used as breeders, having people work without paperwork, posting on only craigslist, working out of a wearhouse (thats classified as a reptile mill) there are so many things about this company that people are overlooking just to pry for information about my enrollment in college etc. all i was trying to do is notify people that something is not right with this company and they need to be wary

No one's "word" means anything on the BOI... you know that.

It's one thing if you had evidence, but you don't. Therefore, your BOI case is moot. That, coupled with the fact that you're putting everything you can possibly think of down here to blacklist these people makes warning bells go off in my head.

Hearsay, all of it. Where are the ads? How do I know you actually didn't sign any paperwork? No pictures of said deformed, unhealthy animals? Working at a warehouse that's "classified" as a reptile mill? BHB Reptiles bases their operations out of a warehouse too, does that "classify" them as a reptile mill?
You can't just walk up to a cop and say arrest him, he did it! without having some kind of evidence. Even if the complaint has merit, it is only as strong as the case you make for it, and you make a very weak case.
You didn't quit, you were fired. Apparently your ethics only extend as far as your wallet allows? That's pretty shady. I'm a graduate student. I make pennies. Never would I do something that was ethically questionable, regardless of how desperate I was for work.
The burden of proof rests on you. I see no evidence, and you're essentially asking us to take your observations on faith. Based upon the finger pointing and continuous search to find this company at fault for anything and everything, I'm in serious doubt that these accusations are valid.

well then i guess a bio is just a fake reality type thing for people to not give a crud about what other people say.
if people dont wanna listen then fine. i just know that if i read something about a comany doing what i witnessed i wouldnt ask questions. id my research on the company and most likely be very causious about even doing business with them. im giving people ample warning but in truth ignorance is blind

If you're desperate for money, sell off all those animals you're collecting. Or stay away from actions that will get you legal fines.
I do hope the owner of the business stops by to address this. I get the feeling their side will be quite different. And speaking of court orders, Heaven help you if what you're claiming is untrue and they're in the mood to go after you.

i cant say arrest them but im pretty sure having someone work without paperwork is grounds for an investigstion at which point they will most likely notice deformed animals that i am meationing and animal services will probably be called to confiscate on neglect.
my mom works in HR for a rice milling company. i think she knows the law when it comes to paperwork and having an employee start working. the mojority of you all on this site seem very ignorant and blind. all ive noticed is that people can give a crud about how their words or actions affect another person and you can all care less about advise or notification that someone puts out for you to try and help keep you informed sure i dont have proof but doesnt it even cross your mind that maybe there is truth or are you all blind to truth and lies and only care about your opinion

there you go again, throwing out the deformed animals card. give us a break already. a simple search of your name will yield multiple threads on you trolling around for free handouts or discounted prices on these "low quality, deformed animals" that you're bitching about. stop being a hypocrite and throwing jabs at somebody else with flawed animals. ignorance.

Really? Your email to them not that long ago when you were wanting that job, plus your very recent ads on Hoobly say otherwise.

i was stating my experiance with ball pythons. i did notify them that i had to get rid of them in june last year
my recent ad on hoobly is for my hairless rats which are not even ready for homes yet. i have a few offers so you need to just shove it and shut up. im sick of you always battering me. ever since i backed out of buying your albino everytime i post something you bash me.... knock it off. im just trying to let people know that something about this business isnt right but whatever your opinion is your opinion and my opinion is that the majority of you people are ignorant and dont wanna hear other peoples advise of warnings. suit yourself. i warned you i hope you buy from them and get a dead/deformed shipment. dont whine to me because i warned all of you. imgetting fed up with this crap. bad karma me as much as you want i dont care. karma rating is crap... it doesnt fix anything it just gives people a place to rate when they jump to conclusions

Actually, it does matter. I mentioned that she could sell off all her animals to pay this fine she keeps talking about. She claims she didn't have any animals. I called her out on it. Another lie to add to her long list of questionables, which makes this thread even more worthless.
Seems you're a bit confused, good sir.
