Walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff :) Nate was very friendly and he helped me pick out the perfect dining set right away. And got me a great deal! I definitely recommend going into the store - I was looking for dining sets online for a long time and could never settle on anything because I couldn’t tell if the quality matched the price or if the size was right. Going in person helped me find the perfect table in less than 5 minutes, and talking to the staff was super helpful.

We arrived late in the evening intending to simply look at what we thought we would buy. We had researched outdoor furniture and it appeared Ashley had just what we wanted. We needed to see it and touch it before committing so much money as we are in need of quite a few pieces. We worked with Arlene Hughes both over the phone and then last evening at the store. Arlene was great! She was patient and extremely helpful in ensuring we going to be happy with what we were buying. Unfortunately, because we went so late in the evening Arlene had to stay after closing hours to help us as we decided to make the purchase. Again, Arlene couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. If you are looking for outdoor furniture I highly recommend the quality of what Ashley has in inventory and the quality of Arlene Hughes to ensure you are a happy customer when you leave!!!

Our experience today at Ashley was in a word excellent. We were at 2 other furniture stores prior to arriving at Ashley. Tim greeted us and asked us what we were shopping for. Gave us some brief directions on which way to go and told us to reach out with questions. There was never a moment of pressure or “push to sell” feeling. He came back to check on us several minutes later and we asked questions. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We expressed our desire to start the purchase process and not complete it today and he agreeably helped us with that process. Out of the 3 places we shopped today our experience at Ashley with Tim was by far the best. I will absolutely recommend Ashely to family and friends and most assuredly send them in Tim’s direction. We entered planning to look at a new couch for our living room. Winston greeted us and was friendly and unobtrusive as we browsed. I greatly appreciated him letting us look on our own to our content, checking in occasionally to see if we were alright. That made it a pleasant experience, and we decided to look at a new bed as a result. We ended up purchasing both, and a great deal of the reason why was the way Winston and his coworkers looked after us, answered our questions, and were not pushy in any way. We felt comfortable with all of our options, and Winston did a marvelous job of explaining everything to us clearly and until we were comfortable with it.Our pieces were delivered yesterday and look exactly as we'd hoped. The delivery was professional and friendly, with excellent communication while they were en route. They were kind to my wife and my dog, worked quickly, and didn't leave until everything was as we expected.All around, this was a 5-star experience, and I additionally feel like we got excellent value for our dollar in the quality of the product and the experience of the sale and delivery.

Sick and Tired of the harassing sales staff. I walked in to look at clearance options, and I have been there before and knew where it was. The woman at the door, Marianne I believe her name was, greeted me and then would not leave me alone. I told her respectfully that I did not need her help, that I just wanted to browse. She would not accept that and kept prying at personal details. She NEEDED to know what type of furniture I was looking for, why I needed it, and how much I wanted to spend. Legitimately the worst type of helicopter sales staff I’ve ever seen. Likely will not return if that is how I will be treated.

Hello, I've been to Ashley store many times and they have always been very kind but this time I've met a very nice agent who take care of us to exactly what our needs were and also getting the couch that we needed at the measurement that we needed for our house without over trying to sell us anything that we don't need.Now me and my wife did shop around for a long time looking for a couch such as going from Bob Furniture to Levins and also Value City but the reason why you came back to Ashley store is because the agent was so kind enough to work out a special promo for us which was better than any of the other stores and also the kindness that was shown to us throughout the whole processI would definitely recommend my family and friends to at least take a look at Ashley Furniture due to the fact that they are very nice selection and also very kind agents who are helping us. I ordered on line. A daybed and trundle set. The shipment got mixed up and there was a delay in one of the parts. I was able to get updates whenever I reached out to them. The replacement was shipped out promptly.My suggestion - The updates, which were available, which I got when I called them could have been sent by them to me proactively.Lastly, the quality of the items ordered as well as the instructions to assemble were excellent.

Great all around customer service staff and delivery! We got the premium coverage on our couch and when a spring broke we thought it could hopefully be repaired. They said we were within warranty but couldn't get the parts and offered credit or cash. We chose the credit because we love the products there. Ask for Rachel, she's the best! Gives you plenty of space & time, finds the best in your price range, explains coverages/discounts well, and understands concerns about pets! Plus the delivery service they use is great, they really care about your house and clean up all the packaging in a quickly & efficiently.

Less than three years ago I made a large purchase in this store, a living room set, a bedroom set with a king size bed and its respective mattress, Beautyrest brand, I went to the store because this mattress, which was supposed to have a 10-year warranty, is totally crafted, it has a pillow top that has enormous gaps, almost channels, making sleeping on it cause back pain to an unbearable point. They told us that we should send the claim to obtain a credit for a new mattress, however today I received a response saying that they could not continue with the claim due to “excessive stains” and that they would not accept a new claim for this mattress, also they “advised me” how to put my mattress to good use by placing it on a good base. Since the day we bought it we have used it with a protector, on the basis that the bed we bought from them comes with, so it is evident that they are grabbing any excuse not to change the mattress, the 10-year warranty is a deception for me, it is a shame that a store that is not economical sells products that are defective and that even though they are not their brand, they are not able to process the claim when it is evident that they have manufacturing defects. Very disappointed in this response.

We went in 30 minutes before close after visiting 2 other stores looking for a new bed. We were met by a super nice saleswoman that gave us the opportunity to walk around casually even though it was so close to closing time. She was extremely helpful and very personable making the buying experience really easy and stress free. I purchased a recliner from Rachel and she made the process smooth and simple. That same night I decided that I wanted a different color and the next morning I called the store and a sales associate Informed me that Rachel was off and asked me if she could assist me. I told her my situation and she looked up my order and changed my order. She made this experience so stress free and easy. She was super friendly and helpful (so was Rachel) I thought I was going to have to drive back to the store to take care of this and was so glad they were able to do it over the phone.

My wife and I bought a bed frame, paid in full cash. We were told it would take 1 month to get. That was a lie, then my wife called & the told her the headboard was done they were waiting on the rails to be completed, that was another lie. Then she called again, they told her the headboard & the rails weren't completed & they were waiting on that. That was a lie. Then they blamed it on shipping. Said they would sent us out a temp bed frame. We waited 3 days for 2 guys to deliver a bed frame in a small box. They put it together in less than 10 minutes. The guys also said they have a lot of these at the store. My wife could've went there & picked it up & we could've had it together that night. Instead, we waited 3 days. We aren't getting our bed frame until March. Last piece of funiture we are buying from Ashley. Not very happy Ashley furniture customers. Never again.

I had planned to visit this store later this month but ended going today. Tom was my salesperson and he was extremely personable and helpful. No pressure tactics. I have difficulty moving around and thankfully they had a wheelchair available. Tim even pushed me to look at other items. All in all I left the store feeling very satisfied with my purchase and will probably go back once I’m settled in my new place and know what I need. I also witnessed other salespeople going out of their way to assist other customers. Great experience.

I was amazed at how seamlessly I was able to pick out a piece of furniture for a friend. Steve was my salesperson and he never once pushed me into purchasing anything. He took the time to tell me how things would be delivered in the cost for everything. I found the perfect love seat for my friend, paid for it and I think my whole time in that store was maybe 25 minutes. I would definitely go back there if I were looking for any other furniture.

Went in on 3 different occasions to purchase a living room and area rug. Unfortunately we found the same sectional online for hundreds cheaper but we did buy the carpet there. The second salesperson was a little too much but the 1st and 3rd visit was fine. They do have a side selection and my carpet was delivered earlier than expected.

Such a great place, 1st time here, as soon as we walked in the store Tiffini greated us with a smile and was so cheerful and no pressure, she was so helpful and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. They have a Cafe Bar in the back that you can take advantage of for free, how nice! We found exactly what we wanted in the price range we had in mind. I will definitely return for future purchases. I purchased two recliners around November 1. They have both broke because according to the store repair man that came to fix them, that the chairs were no put together correctly. It is now January 21 and they are not fixed. We are waiting for new motors?????. How long should I be waiting. The one broke almost immediately. The other took longer to not work. They are electric recliners. The sales person could care less about the problem. She got her sale.

We purchased a dining set approximately 2 yrs ago, and also got the extended warranty offered. We recently noticed a area on our table that had cluster of areas bubbling up, upon calling, 1. They conveniently couldn't find our account, but finally got that resolved 2. I filled out requsted form a and emailed that and pictures to warranty service.Well we just got a callback telling us it's not covered under warranty because we don't know what caused the issue. Believe me if I knew, I would have stated it. It's absolutely disappointing that they don't honor warrenty (I have a copy of ours, and it states all damage except from pets is covered), but yet they have no problem pushing you to purchase one and taking your money. So buyer beware, do your research before making any purchases from here or Levin furniture who owns Ashley's. We will no longer give them our business.

She continued to follow us around the store. It was very awkward. I had both positive and negative experience at this store. Let me start with the positive. Few weeks back we went to see recliner choices at this store and we was welcomed by Nate Ferrick. He gave details about all the recliners and was patient enough with us and answered all the questions. Though we were not able to decide immediately. We came back in 2 weeks and ordered the one we liked and he gave us the price match and the overall experience was great. Again after 2 weeks we went to the same store and ordered a lift up coffee table and since Nate was no. there we were assisted by another Mary Ann Liga and this time our experience was not great. Though she was smiling but the way she spoke she was not customer friendly. I hope the management should teach people like her on how to be customer friendly so people have good customer experience.

This was soley based on their "customer service" representative Desiree. Who apparently hates her job, i guess God forbid you had to answer the phone and answer a simple question. She clearly was unknowledgable and just didnt care about my concern and was quick to just say her robotic answer. Not my fault that on the receipt YOU all send out you put one delivery company and yet a different one reaches out to say "hey we're delivering your furniture." Her answer was "must have been a typo." Well okay, Desiree , its an automated response when you get a receipt. Pretty sure someone doesnt personally type it out. ALSO the company that says their delivering is NO WHERE on the local ashley website as ashleys delivery company.

There were so many options, the store was clean and nicely laid out. The salespeople were kind and offered assistance, but were not pushy. I spent a lot of time there, looking at everything, trying everything out, then narrowing down my favorites, then finally making a selection. UPDATE: My furniture showed up today (15 days late) and the delivery guys promptly shattered my front door. This experience has been a joke.I spent $8500 at the Ross Park store only because I was promised a delivery on 10/17. It is now 10/26, and my delivery date just got moved back to 11/1, which is the THIRD time I have been called with a later delivery date so I have no hope that it will actually show up. I just moved into a new house and do not even have a bed to sleep on. I could have gotten a bed the same day from Bob's instead, but now am endlessly waiting hoping my furniture will arrive.

I ordered two wall sconces and decided I only needed one. I attempted to return it in the store and they informed me that online purchases can not be returned in stores. When asked how I can return it, the store said they do not know. After figuring out how, I returned one. I never received a refund. I have contacted them 3 times now and each time they gave an excuse to why I did not get my money back yet, however acknowledged they received the return. I keep getting the same “please wait 3-5 days”. If you want your money back, good luck.

A little disappointed that I wandered around this store for 15 minutes without any sales person asking if I needed anything. They were more interested in chatting with each other, or eating. I passed plenty of them who weren’t helping anybody, and were pretty much going out of their way to not approach me. I finally went to the person watching the door, and he was extremely helpful! Was great untill we got the couch to our house. hasnt worked since we bought it in sep. They sent us a used recliner. The main power station doesnt work. Which runs two recliners and all the touch controls. The left recliner didnt even show up with feet on it. so it tips over when u sit on it. Restocking fee is so high. I purchased furniture online. I assumed it would be delivered by Ashley, like the bedroom set I had ordered a couple of years ago. I was wrong, it got delivered 1 day early in the rain by Fedex.The coffee table was severely damaged. I contacted customer service. They expect me to box this back up and take it to a Fedex location to return it!! It was almost crated, wood framing, stapled container, padding and shrink wrapped.Meanwhile, there’s a store not more than 4 miles from my home! Surely there’s delivery trucks in the area that could pick this up for a return!They said it’s “cosmetic “ damage and only offered a 10% refund.I bought brand new, I expect brand new.I am so stressed over this lack of customer support. The big chunk taken out of this coffee table is the very first thing you see when you walk into the room.Online buyers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I have bought both a couch and a mattress here now, but both times the thing I was wanting before I came in the store just wasn't there at all, and it took quite a search to finally settle on something else. The salespeople are always great though, and this time I was lucky enough that there was one of the mattress I wanted in the store and I was able to take to with me rather than waiting for delivery.

I had a great experience with Ashley’s. I ordered my sofa over the phone after I saw it in the store in a different state. Unfortunately, at time of delivery, the sofa did not fit in my elevator so they had to take it back. Steven, the salesman contacted me right away and suggested a different similar option which would be in two pieces. In 2 days, the sofa was delivered to my place and was perfect. I was not charged for the first failed delivery either!

Their service and quality has downgraded from my last year purchase. We bought sofa set in March and the have been delivering used, ragged and with all the black marks. On refusing delivery they said not sure if the other shipment would be better. They were right and second time as well it's the same. It's been 3 months for now, let's see if they can deliver new sofa to us. The problem is nobody is point of contact here or taking the responsibility. It's their process. We called customer care while taking the delivery , they mentioned that they can't help much here other than rejecting the delivery. We had availed their cleaning service as well , but they said it can't be cleaned. Please feel free to suggest us if you are in the similar situation.

My furniture experience with Ashley was a positive one. Megan Horn was a good sales rep who took the time to listen to what we needed and then showed us our options. We were not rushed or pressured and went home to measure and think about our decision. The order process was smooth and the delivery personnel were friendly. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!First let me say, my salesperson Mary Ann was very nice and pleasant to deal with; the delivery persons were very polite, this review is about management and the quality of their merchandise.I purchased a $6k 7-pc bedroom set plus accessories from Ashley on McKnight Rd in mid-February. When it was delivered 2 weeks later, all but 1 nightstand and mirror were damaged and had to be returned. The headboard was busted so badly it looked like it had been kicked; other pieces had the corners smashed in, large scratches and scuffs and definitely not in new condition. I should have refused all of it, but when I spoke to the delivery manager he assured me the next delivery would not be damaged, so I kept the only 2 pieces that weren't damaged.It took 3 weeks to get a new delivery, I spoke to my salesperson several days before the second delivery and was assured the pieces would be checked before they were loaded on the truck to make sure they were not damaged; that did not happen. The second delivery shows up, I let them know what the deal was from the first attempted delivery and they started checking items and again, damaged furniture being delivered. I told them to take it all back and I would be cancelling my order. I asked them to take back the nightstand and mirror that was delivered prior. They called their manager, and she told me that they were unable to take back previously delivered items but that the store manager would be calling me that day to sort it out. This was on Saturday, March 18th, its now the 22nd and no one has contacted me about how to return the 2 pieces that were previously delivered, and the charges for the damaged furniture that was refused is still pending on my card. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I'm not keeping or paying for 2 pieces to a set that after 2 attempts was unable to be delivered in new condition.If I had the time I would sit in front of that store and warn people not to go in, that's how bad of an experience this has been.BTW, the truck that delivered is for Levin Furniture which sells the same exact merchandise, so steer clear of them as well, its the same garbage.

And the staff are really great -especially Richard who helped me with a recent purchase. He was attentive, but not pushy. He provided me with a quote and answered all of my questions. I purchased Ashley leather furniture from Levin Furniture in January of 2022. A few weeks ago I noticed some wear on the seat, where I primarily sit, and reached out to Levin. They said that since I was a month outside of the warranty, there was nothing they could do. I filed a BBB complaint and someone from Levin reached out to me the next day. Levin said that I was correct and that type of wear should not have happened in a years time. They reached out to Ashley Furniture and they would only send the cover out to me and that I would be responsible to paying someone to install it.How is this acceptable? Leather, when treated properly should last years. I have had vehicles with leather interior look brand new after 10 years and this furniture, made by Ashley, last a year. I have pictures to show. I would like to hear your opinion.

Absolutely ridiculous to experience what I have experienced. I walked through the store to get 5 pieces sectional. I have not been helped or asked. Employees are talking with each others and laughing with even asking if I am being helped. Thanks for the lady who asked if I was being helped and I said no. Just had a phenomenal experience purchasing the Baskove leather sectional sofa with Diane Stumpf. She MADE the experience by being knowledgeable, patient, friendly and very professional, but comfortable/casual professional! She knows her job, her products and makes you feel like family during the shopping experience. No pressure, we looked Saturday and she was awesome. Helped with everything, wasn’t afraid to let us walk, but answered all of our questions. So good, that by Sunday we visited 5 other stores and no one or no other store came close to Diane’s level of knowledge or Ashley’s selection, so we went back and made the purchase. Diane also creatively showed us patio furniture and sold us a patio sectional set and two chairs along with the sectional sofa! 5 stars all around! Price, selection, availability, delivery in 2 weeks and their rock star salesperson, Diane!!

Awesome experience here. The sales guy Tim helped me out. He wasn't pushy at all. He listened to me and gave me the information needed to make my own decision. Flexibility with price and online price matching was a breeze. Tim made sure I got the best deal possible even if it meant more work for him. Couch and table got delivered today. Delivery guys were nice and great at their job. I don't know how I'll get the couch out when I move but they got it inside and set up very efficiently. Great customer service. Professional staff from sales to delivery. Would highly recommend ashley home store whether you're Ballin or on a budget they have options from lavish to affordable and everything in between.

My experience at Ashley furniture store was very satisfying and informative. The sales person who identified herself as Ahug was very informative about the products in the store. I was looking for a new bed one that would help with my aches and pains as well as the swelling in my legs. A hug walked my daughter and I through a series of beds and I was able lay down and sample the comfort of each bed which helped me make an informative decision. She also shared her experience which we were about the same age 67. I chose the temperutic bed which I found to be just perfect to help with the Fibromyalgia that I suffer from. A hug was delightful she even gave me a hug before leaving the store. I think she's perfect sales woman especially for those of an older age. By the way AHUG is her initials.

Ashley Homestore on McKnight Road has a salesperson named Steven Arnold who provided us the greatest shopping experience ever. Professional, pleasant, attentive, attention to detail, and most of all Steven listens! He caught every detail and nailed down exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t intend to purchase today but he made it impossible not to. Both with his knowledge and incredible service!! He additionally explained every option, every step, all at our pace! Bought mattress and foundation on 12/3/2022. Paid cash, told in stock but wouldn't be delivered until 12/22. Called me 12/19 and told me not in stock but would be in "first week of January. "Called them 1/6/23 to find out status. Customer service told me I had to call the store as they had no information besides another 2 to 3 weeks to get in stock. Called store, manager says expected in stock at warehouse 1/19. Says they ordered the mattress on 1/9 and expect it then. No guarantee.So, Go somewhere else! They had me full cash payment for 5 WEEKS before they even decided to order the mattress despite the lies about being in stock...If you don't care about getting the product, getting lied to and them holding your money with no end in sight, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Otherwise, go somewhere else.And by the way, don't expect a call back. Customer service sent message to store, no call. Called myself and talked to the manager. He was to call me back later that day or the next. Still waiting.

I was promised my living room delivery for January 9.2023. After calling on Monday I was told I was not getting my furniture until February 16,3023. No reason just was not available. This is totally unacceptable as I now have no furniture to use. If I was told that it was not available I would understand. Extremely bad experience bought new furniture and a bed and on my couches both of the armrest pop real bad every time you put your arms on them. It feels like and sounds like it's made out of a box with Cotton on top, every time you sit down it pops up and down every time you move your arm, extremely disappointed on this cheap furniture!!

Updated: if I could give 0 stars, I really would. The customer service email sent to us by the store is undeliverable, AND the customer service email provided on the website is also undeliverable. Just a complete lack of care for customers and their experiences. This couch is an embarrassment and the customer service is abysmal.While my husband and I had a great experience in store, we came home with our $1600 sectional with extra protections (pet protection) and warranties, to find that the “durability” and “comfort” that we had been sold, was nothing close to what we received.We were forced to make our first warranty claim within 2 months of owning the couch when the upholstery had already failed once under normal use. We should have smelled what was coming.Now 3 years into owning this couch, several rejections for coverage for issues with the upholstery, I wish we had kept our old couches… while they were beaten up, stained, and abused from more than a decade of use, we never once sat down on a cushion and watched the seams separate.I’m almost embarrassed typing this review.A word to the wise, if you buy the protection plan from Ashley, I would recommend making sure any damage that occurs looks to be caused by humans.I recall the conversation I had with the warranty claims department. I asked if it would have been covered if I had slashed the couch with a machete… in a round about way, I was told that they would cover it if it was an accidental tear by a human… not an animal.In summary: the couch is terrible, the service is terrible, the company is terrible. -13/10 do not recommend.

Salesman that sold us our sofa and love seat scheduled a delivery date with us at the store. I later received a call from the delivery team saying the furniture arrived and wanted to set up a delivery date weeks after original date schedule. Sofa arrived with a 3 inch tear on the back. Refused delivery on the sofa, they sent out a new one three days later which was quick and appreciated. It's the only reason for 3 instead of 2 stars.

Seemed like no one wanted to help as everyone ignored us until Joann asked if we were being helped and then proceeded to help us. We were mattresses shopping and decided to stop in to Ashley’s and certainly didn’t regret it. We worked with Steven and he was awesome. He was helpful and patient and was never pushy. He also gave us space while we were trying every mattress in the store. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for other purchases. The price was better than other mattress places and there were extra perks thrown in as well. Hopefully all goes well with delivery. Do yourself a favor and give Ashley’s a try. But be sure to ask for Steven.

On 10/3/22 I respectfully called about an ottoman I saw online and was connected with a sales associate who was rude and disrespectful.When I asked for assistance she continued to be rude and belittled me. When I asked for a different sales associate, a manager, or for her name she informed me there was not a manager present, refused to give her name, and then blatantly hug up.After she hung up I called the Ashley Furniture in Morgantown, WV and they were more more than happy to assist me and were able to find what I was explaining in less than 1 minute. It’s a shame Ashley in Pittsburgh, PA lost my service for good.I will not take down this review nor recommend this place to anyone. People should not be treated as such.

I bought a dining room table back in May. Picked it ip on May 31st. When it was put together, I noticed parts weren’t lining up correctly and it was missing bolts. I called the customer service first week of June. They put in for replacement parts and told me they should be here by the end of June. Fast forward to now and calling at least twice a month for updates and parts are now suppose to be here at the end of October. I asked about options of some sort since I’m not able to use 3 out of the four chairs it came with and that chair is wobbly. I also put in two requests for the manger to call. Still haven’t heard anything from the manger and it’s almost a week. This is totally not worth the price I paid for it.

My wife and I were moving to Lawrenceville, and were told that the driver wouldn’t deliver the mattress during the period agreed to when we purchased it. We were going to have to sleep on the floor. After a lot of back and forth, I was finally able to get ahold of an assistant manager at the McKnight location, Will. He was supremely helpful, even tagging in his manager Craig. They loaded up a mattress— the very model we purchased — personally into his Jeep, and both managers hand-delivered it that evening after the store itself was closed for the night. They turned a customer service nightmare into a shining example. I work in sales and service, and this was gold star service. They even carried it upstairs for us! We can’t thank you enough, and now a month into living here, we agree that it was the best mattress we’ve ever slept on. Thanks again Will and Craig!

10/10 stars for the employees who have been amazing and helpful. Phone customer service was amazing as well. 0/10 stars for the company and its organization. We bought a coffee table set at the store, great customer service and great experience. The furniture arrived within a week but unfortunately the glass table tops were crushed to a million pieces. We called to get a replacement and it’s going to take six+ weeks to replace just the glass. It’s not a special order, nothing special. Would’ve been faster if we had the option to return the entire thing and buy a new one. Same if not worse quality furniture as IKEA but wasting our time. Definitely not worth the chaos. Once again, the employees we’ve talked to have been amazing. Their logistics and shipping are just not customer oriented at all and it’s sucks to buy overpriced furniture you can’t use.
